I was skeptical at first but this shower filter was easy to install and I can notice a big difference in my water quality. Would recommend.
After about 10-12 days after I bought the shower filter, and then still no delivery, I thought the firm was slow at delivering. Mostly because it says that it takes 5-7 days on their website. So then I contacted the firm, then to find out that it had almost been a week since the package was delivered to my post office. Very weird... Mind you I needed the filter for my vacation, so I didn't have many days left until my flight. I was quite confused because I never got any messages from the courier about the package being delivered. I didn't even know the order number. So then I contacted the firm, to find out my order number. I went to get my package BUT they wouldn't let me, because I needed some kind of pickup code... Which I didn't have, again, because I never got any message from my courier. I took it into my own hands and decided to contact the courier firm myself, to find out that the Bali shower filter company had put their own phone number at my contacts for the courier, so that means that they were the ones getting the messages about the package being delivered, not me, and they also got the pick-up code which I needed to get the package. They just never knew, or didn't text me about the pickup code. So after identifying myself to the courier, THEN I was able to get the pickup-code. Mind you again, I had only had one day left to pickup my package, because the package had been delivered almost a week before I knew it. It would have been returned the next day if I didn't get it. This whole time, I had texted the company about helping me, but they didn't answer or was slow with it. After getting the pick-up code, I was able to get the package. All this was very stressful, and just very tiring. It shouldn't be the costumers job to find everything out herself and contacting people to find out what's going on. Therefore I think the service was quite bad in this single case. Don't know if it's a one time mistake on their hand with the number fault or the miscommunication, but for me it was just too stressfull and exhausting.
