We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible, the item must be in unused, original condition, with all packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns are only accepted if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you’re claiming a product is faulty, we’ll need clear photo or video evidence showing the issue. We also keep internal quality records to cross-check each claim.

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, general dissatisfaction, or if the item does not fit your shower or tap – please double-check compatibility before purchasing.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened filters are non-returnable unless proven defective.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
